My doctoral dissertation, On Lyric’s Minor Commons, focuses on 20th-century Black and queer authors who use lyric to conjure alternative forms of collectivity.

I have published articles in Contemporary Literature (on Hannah Weiner and Language poetry) and small axe (on M. NourbeSe Philip’s booklength poem Zong!)..
